I always had plumbing and welding to fall back to and now I’m an inspector which is also a job AI can’t take, you still need a body to jump in a trench, attic or drive to the middle of nowhere to make sure everything is up to code. I’ve also seen and have personally fixed prefabbed welded lines done by a robot because what was drawn up by the engineer did not match conditions in the field
