OMG!!! This is a bunch of BS! Let's see the decentralized economy. Right now, we have a decentralized economy. The nurses that see you in the hospital don't belong to the hospital; they are from a staffing company, in the emergency, the physician belongs to one contract company, the tech radiologist to another, the X-ray personnel to a different agency, and the labs to another company. Is the service better than t before?... ooo way not!! because each company is working for the bottom line, MONEY!!. You get your parents in a nursing home, the same way, therapy department, a staffing agency, the aides, the same, nursing the same..... etc etc... all agencies working with one goal!! (No is not the best patient care) is the money. !! That's why doing anything in this country is very expensive, and the quality is going down the drain. but we have uber! Airbnb, deliveries, all paying wages that are not decent enough to make a good living, buy a car, buy a house, send the kids to the university, what happened? 30 years ago, a middle-class employee was able to send the kids to the university with no problems. ok ok, we will have high-skilled jobs....... well that is happening now!!! Radiologists in India reading the X-rays, ... well, they are going to be unemployed now because AI is starting to read the X-rays. Software engineers, yes, there will be plenty of work....... in INDIA. YOUTUBE, most of the new videos are from India, Indonesia, Europe, and Latin America. where the labour cost is pennies compared with USA. AI will make it easier to get employees from anywhere in the world,....... poor USA... too expensive to keep employees, no wonder the managers and big companies are really happy with AI, please!! don't rely in information from them saying what is best for the middle class, they know as much as a janitor knows about international markets influencing the capital market, .... remember........GREED IS GOOD!!!......
