So what I'm gathering is this is a way for companies or individuals to take other people's art and use it for profit without actually hiring an artist and paying them for their work. Which is something people already do anyway, but now it's easier because of these AI programs.
Cool. This is why I've strayed away from digital art entirely and am going back to traditional work and physical products. I hope things work out to protect digital artists, it really does take a lot of time and effort to make good pieces of digital art.
