@9:16 sure blame the car in front for breaking, not the 7 cars behind who apparently didn't leave enough stopping distance to the car in front. As a driver you are responsible for stopping no matter how fast the car in front of you stopps, that is your job not theirs. That doesn't change when the human in front becomes a robot.
