Why are people so fucking stupid. First of all the car was self driving so read the facts before you state anything. Second of all the pedestrian clearly had no regard as it wasn't a cross walk, nor was it lit, nor did he have reflective clothing. In ADDITION, based on this video even the sharpest of all human drivers would never be able to react in time to avoid collision. KO PEDESTRIAN.
