AI is pretty useless for people who are too poor, enslaved or caught as refugees in a camp, or in one way of the other severely existentially deprived. This is the case for 10 % of humanity. If we add the people who lose their jobs worldwide the number will increase very fast to 40 - 50 %. 😢
