I get your points, but when I wanna demonstrate an idea to my friend and don't wanna spend months of my life learning to draw and shade and proportioize and anatomize, an AI comes in handy to generate an image that's absolutely not what I had in mind, which makes me give up. I still don't see it as bad though. In a ranking system, I'd see that copying your art by looking at it intensively is the highest honor, below of which comes AI generating it, and below that comes just watching it. Someone who generates an AI image of your art, if they like your art genuinely, will notice whatever's missing and it won't have the same personality, at which they themselves might correct it. Why else would they specifically wanna see your art? However, someome can also draw what they think of your art in a bad way, not really looking at it's personality but rather at what just pops out, imo the eyes and pupils looked really unique and adorable, but someone can just draw a squiggle for pupils and whatever else they just notice at first. But just watching your art? They can very simply see it, not think much of it, and go on with their day. Maybe an AI that specifically uses art the owners of which allow it's scraping, or an AI that scrapes all art except the ones from specific creators who don't wanna be scraped. And, please, copyright infringement isn't stealing, even if it becomes enforced. Stealing someone's car by suddenly having the exact same car as them isn't stealing, but I do see why people don't want their hard work being effortlessly and cheaply reproduced without a personality or love in the equation.
