true, agentic ai is changing how businesses interact with customers. for me, it’s also about the backend work that supports that experience. i’ve been trying workbeaver ai, and it’s been solid, it performs repetitive tasks on my desktop once i describe them. emails, spreadsheets, file updates get done automatically, which keeps me from burning out on the small stuff.
