It ABSOLUTELY is a problem. But you’re only safe if using a business account. Like Copilot bundled with Microsoft Office 365 enterprise or ChatGPT business, it has industry security standards.
But otherwise YES they violate privacy pretty badly for everyone else to retrain data models
