I'm confused. If you had an eidetic memory and read numerous copyrighted works and patents and could then recall this information to formulate a lecture or a debate or an argument or even use it as a basis to expand upon to create, invent and/or patent that creation, would you suddenly be in violation of copyrights and patents? If not, why would training AI be any different?
