All of the commenters here comparing this video to 'Minority Report' are a little off-base. The predictive policing model being used in this instance is based primarily on PAST offenses. Basically, if you cause trouble, THEN the cops will start enforcing the existing law(s) against you in a very nit-pick manner... not the other way around.
Now, if anyone wants to start making comparisons to 'Minority Report', I suggest you familiarize yourselves with these new "Red Flag Laws"... there lies trouble.
