Late to the party but here are my thoughts in the matter. Just side note, I use AI art to explore concepts but never wanted to use post or monetize it. To me, its just something to use to explore ideas. Its a hard reality check that moat people will use AI art because one, it cost less and two, it is pretty to look at. Most non-artists never appreciates fundamentals and only care about the output. If it looks good enough to post, post it away! Little did they know thateven AI art is not perfect. Yeah, it is look good to look at. And it is pretty enough to be used a s a background picture but in a technical stand point, they never see th nuance of it. One thing I noticed is that when I tried to prompt more subtle emotions like bafflement, suspicion, hurt, affection; the faces remain stoic. Or if I suggest a certain kind of movement or gesture, the poses are just too stiff that you don't feel much of what's happening in the image.And not to mention compositions an perspective, countless of time one person is bigger than the other. It made it look like a small person is walking next to a giant when the goal is making one person walk close to the other. Personally, thats what makes it boring. The ai is only limited to what can base on. It's generating faces for the sims. If you keep using the same facial features, you get pretty faces but an extremely boring town where everyone has a case of same face syndrome. No variety. No xolor. Just dull.
