I don't know that this should be an argument against AI. It's an argument against conducting odd dietary experiments on yourself without consulting a medical professional. It would be like going rock climbing in Antarctica without letting anyone know you were making the trip. Just remember, people have always done stupid things like this well before AI and well before the internet.
