A few things: glaze already doesn’t work anymore, not that it needs to in the first place, AI art will never mimic an artists hand, and you can always tell when art is ai generated. It never was, and never will be a threat, pretending like they are to get artists in a tizzy is a waste of time. As for the concept of stealing art in the first place, if there is a will there is a way, if people want to steal art, they will, whether it’s screenshotting it and changing the colors, simply reposting it, OR asking an AI to “refine it”. When I publicly posted my stuff it would get stolen and posted elsewhere within minutes, getting popular enough will make people recognize it, or you can bite the bullet and stop posting online, I got rid of my accounts, and wiped away years worth of my work, it never felt better, like letting go of a piece of broken glass, no more expectations, no more obligations, just me stuff. If you’re worried about people stealing your work, maybe publicly posting it is not the thing to do.
TDLR: ignore the trolls gentlemen, this title and the software showcased are misleading, intentional or not.
