I disagree with every one of his ideas. AI is going to replace human capital, yes. But it will also replace the entire concept and archaic practice of capital. Money is already created out of thin air why would anyone want to work for it? Let the robots do the labor part of life and let humans do the human part of life. We need to get passed the "working class" idea in general. We should not be slowing down AI at all and we should not be concerned about "losing" jobs. But what are we going to do for money? Money is fake already it's just entries on a ledger. We can create entries on ledgers with or without jobs. Jobs have just been the medium up to this point to receive entries on the "working classes" ledgers. Money itself may become obsolete in the future who knows. Let it. Giving employees power over companies will most likely trap them in wage slavery because they will not want to let go of the idea of working for ledger entries and will voluntarily choose to keep themselves enslaved.
