ChatGPT is next to useless as it is now. It's lobotomized comparing to month it first launched. Thus true powerful AI's will be only available to those who can afford them. This only big companies will own their own AI departments. My prediction is that a lot of AI providers will come out to support smalll companies much like servers providers do now. That is because only legal entities will be allowed to take on the (legal) responsibility of running truly capable AI's.
