Look, there’s nothing wrong with taking inspiration with something. In fact, I encourage it because that’s what allows imagination to run in your mind. When it’s come to making music, there have been countless things that has given me inspiration on making my songs. Whether it’s from other sources or even the outside world, it’s helped me better my craft.
That being said, don’t use AI and then claim it’s “inspiration”. There’s a huge difference between being inspired by something, and copying the entire thing down word-for-word and claiming it as your own. There is no imagination to be had. How can there be? It’s generated, not created.
