i think being on ai 'arts' side is a genuinely egotistical standpoint based on how they speak. ai was only released for the public's full use (generative ai) a couple years ago? and the ai dudebros feel powerful after being able to type a thing, then get it almost immediately. it also shows a lack of sympathy, creativity and imagination in a person, literally just get a hobby, believe in something?? you can make music with pots and pans, art with sticks and rocks, you can write an entire 1-person play if you want, just be creative! But ai is a computer, computers aren't making art, they make calculations and programs and whatever, you can literally use your own prompts instead of feeding them to an advanced calculator.
