I didnt think AI was useful at all UNTIL I got this exact advice at a conference on how to use AI at work. I now have an AI work mentor, therapist, language tutor, and shopping consultant separated by thread and it is remarkably good at each. Make the roleplay set up prompt as detailed as you can. This method seriously works.
