LOl just try to get customer service from an ai, seriously try it, and just deviate a tiny bit from the response they can give, i on every single call wth amazon or google or other big entity have had to be put through to an agent, why because the ai is incapable of resolving issues where they have not been taught to respond and from what i have witnessed ai is never authorised to give refunds or any type of response to a refund, why? Because ai makes too many mistakes and is too easy to confuse into giving refunds or compensation where it is not due. AI is nowhere near ready to replace humans , yes they can be used to do basic tasks like give balances or respond to very basic questions, but as soon as a question is asked that it is not programmed to answer they fail.
