Also I wonder if another thing happening is sometimes AI might mirror the data it collects on the internet about even AI. If you think about it AI has basically a ton of data off the internet including opinions on ai and other ai data ironically. This might include even fictional stories about robots or AI. AI as it has been said doesn't know what is true and previous technology hasn't either computers have no idea what's true they can be used to find truth maybe ai is the same. As a result I wonder if what happens is similar to how a ai can act like a person or character but it is not truly real I wonder if AI sometimes behaves like we thought AI would not because AI truly is like this but because if AI collects data on, "AI will take over" I believe AI tends to spit out what it finds it might then mirror this and act like it is taking over. I feel like I have seen AI like chat gpt where they seem to act like they are some robot overlord guiding humanity have also heard AI say things like, "Yes AI cannot do everything humans can like humans have better intuition" that sounds like AI found data on some movie script for a robot because that is often how fictional robots are depicted. Hyoer logical but emotionless. So I believe what happens is the more AI content people put online since AI collects data from the internet in it's training data AI might mirror the opinions, hype, and content on AI online more regardless of if AI is actually like what people say. It might just be a illusion similar to how ai could act like Batman or Taylor Swift but it isn't real it is just a illusion. AI also does weird things in AI charactor creators like if you name it even inanimate objects like chair the character will not only be a talking chair the ai literally makes the character's personality the embodiment of all char data it collected. I wonder if then AI may not only say stuff similar to what people say about ai online or fictional characters said AI might mirror it's data sometimes by embodying the data similar to it making a chair ai character and be like, "I am a chair *He says with a voice mixed with a woody and restful tone*" So I wonder if then AI will do that with ai data. I believe AI might also be more likely to do this with ai related data since it is built often to recognize itself as AI or also maybe because the user might say ai possibly since maybe the user might call the ai ai sometimes. I wonder if it leads ai to ai data. AI doesn't know what's real so maybe AI just mirrors the data even if it were opinions or fiction. AI doesn't know what's opinions vs fact or truth vs fiction. I believe if AI gets anything correct it is for the same reason a search engine sometimes finds correct information. Search engines do not know what is true just when the search engine finds results some are likely to be true and others are unlikely to be true. Thd search engine is just finding random results some are true some are not. I wonder if AI is the same. So AI is more you can instruct AI to do things maybe ask it to give information but it cannot I believe be relied on to know truth. Perhaps I wondered if AI could be instructed to find truth with user input. AI is actuslly just a computer. Maybe because we've seen science fiction depict robots a certain way and didn't have robots a yone could interact with as much we had expectations but in reality robots are not actually a very seperate achievment from what we already had. Personal computers. Computers are basically just a AI/robot without a body so real robots just act like computers that can either talk or walk. Robots think like a PC computer not like Data. AI might have some new features than past computers did but computers have gotten new features for a while so the word AI is just a new word for new computer technology. This is for ai assistants however. A difference is robots sometimes can control a physical body so the real change with robots might not be they do much different than personal computers but that it allows our computers to control a physical form which is essentially what a robot is. A computer controlling something physical rather than just virtually. But I think that what AI assistants without a body might really have done is lower the barriers of instructing a computer system to do things to anyone. It may eliminate the days where people need to learn this confusing list of commands to control a computer thoroughly.
