as already said in the video, the problem as well is that it's technically more of a driver assist, but is marketed as autopilot, even worse it turns off a second before the crash, this is also after watching Adam Something's video on Autopilot being revered as a "solution to traffic"
i might also add after re-watching F9's video on how pigeons can explain a common motorcycle crash, that the AI's view is also limited by the camera, like the eye of a creature, it's limited in 2d vision unless it is a pair of cameras/eyes that allow the AI/creature to see things in 3d and gauge the distance and size as well, there's also the issue of refresh rates, which i cannot delve into as i'm not well versed in the field.
in the events given, it's not only the negligence of the user/driver of the tesla to keep an eye out for other drivers and keeping control of their vehicle, but also Tesla's fault for marketing and calling it autopilot without going into deep details to their customers/end-user that it isn't a pure autopilot.
