AI functions are constrained within human-invented self-referential foundation of what they call "knowledge" which is actually sets of their invented fictional notions. and nothing else.
It can never ever invent anything new independent of human-invented fictional notions, although it can re-organise human-invented symbolic labels according to patterns in typical organisations of them into derived combinations which appear to be new, but actually dependent on the original patterns
If i introduce an unprecedented definition which cannot be found anywhere nor related to any human-invented existing notion in the entire human-invented self-referential foundation of fictional knowledge, then it will not be able to evaluate it, while it it can try to learn it, and detect any logical or sematic error in it
