Its sad to say but all artists copy regardless of ai. If you draw a picture of a sail boat how did you know what a sail boat looked like? Because you have seen one or an illustration of one before and are simply copying it from others art or in your head. All artists use references ai is simply using these for reference not copying it. If you draw a car do you pay the inventer of the car to use their intellectual property?
