This is a system to collect data for Data Centers to further build AI. It's an extra arm to help build a better system for our phones, maps, vehicles traffic, future planning of infrastructure. And of course keep a census of the population. Yes, it can be used to track a violent criminal. But, in reality it's just a Data Collector. Which everyone has agreed to with our cellular phone, smart cars ( Tesla), GPS in ALL vehicles. And of course your debit cards and credit cards.
