Ok and what are you gonna do about that, even if by some miracle you could make it illegal to use images for ai training without consent who the hell cares
and even if you achieve ultimate goals and make it purely opt in system where violators will be receiving capital punishment there AI will still be able to produce art and put artist out of the market. yes maybe your specific style will be protected but there will be artists who will agree that their works are used for training and that will be enough
