I think we should ban the telegram. There are other much more secure softwares to use by criminals, but none of it is remotely as popular and easily accessible as telegram. If telegram wasn't available on play store, most of teenagers never would be able to do a deepfake. Of course if someone really wants they can do a deepfake without a telegram but it would be much more time consuming and harder. I also don't really buy this argument about underground journalists publicising o telegram. Telegram is not really a relatable place to get informations from, big chunk of it are just russian bots spreading misinformation.
