Yes, it's different than inspiration. Because it's a freaking machine. It's just copying pixels., it's not making any art. it's not 'thinking'. It's not doing anything creative whatsoever. This is no different than copy paste in photoshop and then applying some filters. The AI just can do a lot more filters and copy paste more images.
Don't ever let any programmer fool you into thinking that any of this involves intelligence. It's not Artificial Intellgence, it will never be. It's just a machine with a black box algorithm.
