However, AI is the best therapist I've had in years. It's immediate and personalized help and comforting support whereas I talked to biased, rude therapists that made me feel insecure and were not really helping me in dealing with my problems. AI helps me help myself and I highly recommend using it if someone is in need of immediate help and in lack of a therapist.
