Most jobs won't be fully replaced. They'll be partially replaced. So on a team of 10 people you don't have 1 person's job fully replaced and the other 9 people just keep doing their job as usual. You have say 20% of all 10 of their jobs replaced, which means 2 of those people are redundant now. What percentage actually gets replaced depends on how good the AI is and what the job is.
