I’m not too worried about th job thing - the more AI art you look at the more obvious it is that AI did it. I think it’s really at the rainbow gradient stage of photoshop (and remember how we all thought that would negate the need for designers?) As for the IP debate. It depends. Some AI work is literally just trying to duplicate an artists work - that’s fraud. I just haven’t seen an AI artwork that made me really think or interrogate my perception of something - at best it’s pretty or cute etc but there is no depth or story.
