I dont think this man realizes the diffrence between a new cool phone model and an increasingly growing AI.
AI isnt programmable. Its something you GROW.
it DOES NOT do what you want it to do on command like software.
The argument the fearmongering was unfounded is also very sketchy. Just for phones and social media alone we're looking at a serious mental health pandemic no one knows ehat to do about. Theres serious issues with many illnesses witnessed in teens and young adults due to just the effects of phones alone since we had no tests of ehat it does long term.
The reslt of all advancements have led to this world where we are close to extinction due to said technologies that humas didnt not understand would be the consequences of long term and short term thinking.
Then theres the fact that AI is literally and has never been controllable, the researches dont even know ehat it is or how it works. None of them do.
I could argue forever about how invalid these points are that are made, but I feel like theres not a genuine openness to understand but to confirm bias instead
