There's a key difference between what's correct and what's good, the fact that "right" can be used for both is extremely problematic in English.
Those statistics might be technically correct, but that doesn't mean acting on them is the good thing to do, because statistics aren't people and people aren't statistics.
Anyone who thinks macro sociological trends can be used for micro sociological decision making, or worse override the case by case basis is a fool who should be removed from any position of authority.
Data trends are JUST that, data TRENDS. Generalizing is literally one of the driving forces of racism, bigotry, propaganda, misinformation, and just bad science practices.
For those who don't get it, according to statistics Einstein would have imprisoned by AI because he seemed kinda German which is basically a nazi. In fact, AI could easily lump all Jews with nazis for being born in Germany.
