All good ideas, I have advocated the same for years. Plus, what I have been saying when I walked with the WGA strike 2 years ago: give AIs equal work rules so that it will be 6 to 1/2 dozen to hire a human vs an AI. Also, like immigration visa quotas, only allow enough AI robots to be built that meet our job vacancy projections. This will slow the job loss transition.
