I have such mixed and complicated feelings on AI in general but particularly AI art. I really like all of the points you made in this video though.
I've used generators a couple of times while trying to conceptualize something for my own art and they were helpful in that regard bc for some reason I was really struggling to get the image from my brain to paper lol. and I personally think there's nothing wrong with that. I also have the goofy, scify brain that goes "but what if the AI is actually have feeling and is sad we hate them :(" but that's kind of irrelevant lol
I think the way it boils down for me is that a good thing will always be abused by evil people for evil purposes. the AI itself isn't the issue, but the garbage people taking advantage and using it for nefarious purposes.
