15:16 I'm no expert, neither do I know who that guy is but this is absolutely not how a 2025 modern advanced military operates under any circumstances. Having an automatic machine deciding all by itself when to engage and how to do so while being rouge on the battlefield is an absolute no no and we all should all stop this madness i don't care how "safe" or effective this is. It is a crime against humanity and should be banned by Geneva convention.
