Tbh, yes real art should absolutely be used in situations where money is involved, for example, games or movies, however, if I just want to make a quick image for a laugh like making buzz light year run for president or something I’m always going to use AI art over real artists because it would be faster, I wouldn’t be paying anything for something that I literally won’t care about within the next hour, and it can generate roughly what I’m looking for, because to me the specific details like the buttons on a suit don’t matter because that’s not what I’m interested in, I’m not looking at the buttons on the suit, I’m looking at buzz light year running for president. But I get where you’re coming from, however it absolutely does have uses, just sometimes it isn’t being used for the right things.
