AI will never develop intelligence, but its computational and functioning power can grow to frightening levels of power. Placed in the wrong hands– in the hands of human beings with limited intelligence– this is the true threat of AI. Along with the collapse of the workforce and the consequent dissolution of economies and the value of currency. This AI bubble better pop soon. It will take the US economy with it, but it will be better for the rest of the world.
