This is cruel, so, BASICALLY, until somethign gets sophisticated enough, it deserves to be treated better than they were before, shouldn't everything and 'everyone' be treated good? But its just 'efficient' I guess.... A 'hassle' to treat everything right. But ai is not made of cells, so it is therefor not alive because it then does not follow the 7 characteristics to life, AND does not have dna, cough cough, code is not dna, because code dictates what it DOES, and how it 'REACTS' to something, and it is therefore not alive, and therefore ethics does not apply to them, which means no rights, they cant teach themself code, you cant teach yourself something that you dont already know, so they cannot evolve by themselves. DNA = Shows what makes up you, Code = Shows someTHING what to do, the brain = shows someONE what to do. People dont have code, we have a brian, till ai gets a brain, they dont get rights, before they become something that needs protected, they need no rights, and will not get them.
