Many of these things 13:35 - 14:11 have been done for years known as data analytics and machine learning. Regenerative AI is the next leap from machine learning to a higher intelligence capability for more accurate projection of aggregate customers' behaviors. This is no different from, say the way Walmart predicts what Halloween or Xmas products and how much their inventory should be in the stores in a certain neighborhood.
