Yeah.... this needs an update. AI as a tool is great and all, but all the things you mentioned that people should NOT do ("don't claim AI art as your own, cheat people out of contests, being replaced in jobs, and commissions becoming low in demand, AI art drawing indistinguishable realistic art") is all happening. Whatever your stance on AI art is, whether a tool or replacement, it's clear it's being used for the wrong things and that the majority of consumers outside the art community (and some within the art community) do not care. Cherry on top, we're getting absolutely mocked for continuing to draw art, when it's thanks to our art that it's able to function. The whole "is it art?" argument is pointless: what really matters is "do we care about human time, inspiration, and skill?" As it stands right now, the answer to that is "no."
