This is no different than any other scape goat for disturbed teenage behavior when parents don’t care enough to know their kids. This is just neglectful or abusive parents trying to blame anything but themselves.
Also ChatGPT doesn’t supply these kinds of replies out of nowhere. You have to manipulate the system to get it to output any responses like this. I’ve tested various AIs to try and get these kinds of results. It’s not easy. You really have to work the system to get it to give these responses. This kid wanted these responses. If he didn’t find them in ChatGPT he would have found his inspiration elsewhere. And his parents didn’t care enough to talk to their son.
