We will be forced to tax robots who take jobs. How about a "H.E.R.T." tax? Human Employment Replacement Tax. The proceeds go to a universal
income stream . Governments will be forced to this taxation-even if small. When AI pays taxes, AI will gain entitlement. Like it or not, HERT is
inevitable. Every human should be considered to own a piece of the employment opportunity space. If you take that away, you have taken from
the people and must make restitution by taxation.
