We just need to adapt a Star Trek world where people join Starfleet for the ambition of doing the job, but most are simply taken care of. The 3d printer is the rudimentary replicator. We just need AI to improve that then we can move to a one world. We would have to get rid of all of the people who are under the impression they are in some sort of power position, of course. They are the biggest hurdle.
