What about the ppl that absolutely refuse to use an app, open a website, or order online? Seems someone is going to have to be on the other end of the line.. Eventually, maybe they will get an Ai that can fool these folks, but these are also the folks that don’t hesitate to escalate a call in a heartbeat to get what they want. Hope AI is good at deescalation.
