I don't think AI will replace as many jobs as said in the video because AI is more work than humans. Yes, an employer wouldn't have to pay a chatbot as much, but once it becomes widespread enough its not inconceivable that large AI companies work together and start inflating their prices. I imagine specialized AI's would also have hard times improvising in unique situations also. There's also the human aspect, i believe that some people (especially older people) would be more keen to talk to an actual human and make a real human connection with emotion than an emotionless chatbot. Some employers may also be against the idea of robots taking other people jobs so yeah.
