Ultimately people want to connect with people. I personally hate relying totally on a machine. It’s so frustrating working with automated “customer service” now. I end up yelling in the phone or getting mad in a chat because I can make it understand my problem to get the help I need. If everything runs smooth it’s fine but that will not happen.
