These cameras are all over the place and can be accessed without a warrant. And since they're interconnected, a government worker in one city could monitor and view the daily movements of a person for an entire year across the country. What happens when a government starts using public cameras with facial recognition software in addition to vehicle tracking? It may not be here today, but the same premise to this case applies.
