About halfway through the video I realized that I agree with your points however I believe you should have perhaps talked a bit more about what differentiates using AI generated things from human art. You're right in that the essential difference is that ai does not have human experience, but what is that exactly? My answer to this was that we must accept that life is a random assortment of discombobulated possibly disconnected and random experiences: Great tragedies happen without us knowing why and how and why our loves occur is based on luck. This is what AI cannot overcome, the randomness, the complete randomness of the universe. It cannot invent a story that it went through for it to create something genuine, because something genuine and our experiences are essentially random; brain chemicals and neural pathways chosen and life experiences happening at random with little to help us predict it. An AI does have an experience, it does in a sense experience something, who says experiences are limited to natural senses? However, the experience for every AI is based on the same algorithm. Human art and the decisions we make for each shape and color in our paintings, each instrument, note and timbre in our music, every syllable and meter in our poems is the result of us being ourselves and giving our entire emotions to our art. What AI generated images and music have shown us is that it's an essentially inhumane thing to rely on an algorithm for your art. No, don't fall into a pattern. Make artistic decisions based on your theoretical knowledge of the art and what you feel. YOU are unpredictable, and AI cannot replicate or predict what will happen to you and how your life and art, and experiences will change.
