None of these arguments differentiate AI from Google Image Search. I can generate things that look like Picasso or Basquiat or whomever - or I can get exact copies of the original works. The only thing preventing me from passing *either* off as mine is the knowledge or ignorance of the person I'm interacting with. And of course, all good art requires proper context, which is an analog determination that exists independently for each observer and cannot be artificially created.
